My guest on this program is William M. London, Ed.D., M.P.H.  He is a specialist in the study of health-related superstition, pseudoscience, sensationalism, schemes, scams, frauds, deception, and misperception. He is working on a study of the prevalence of quackery among chiropractors. He is co-host of Credential Watch; associate editor of Consumer Health Digest, a free weekly e-newsletter available by subscription; and co-author of Consumer Health: A Guide to Intelligent Decisions, Ninth Edition.

Professor London has taught a wide variety of public health and health education courses, and is currently a professor in the Department of Public Health at California State University, Los Angeles. The subject matter of his courses has included: health promotion, community health, and a course in “Healthy Skepticism.”
